Winter is slowly approaching, and it’s time to protect our geraniums from the cold. ❄️
Every year around this time — late autumn — we prepare a plastic cover to keep the plants safe from freezing temperatures and prevent them from drying out.
In today’s video, we built a simple wooden frame, fixed it with a few sturdy posts, and stretched cold-resistant plastic across it. I secured the plastic with wooden blocks and ran two parallel ropes underneath to keep everything tight and stable.
This protective cover will stay on the geraniums until spring, when the weather warms up again. 🌿
A small effort, but it makes a big difference in keeping the flowers healthy through winter.
