Legality of the National Guard deployment to Chicago

A judge will hear arguments tomorrow on whether the deployment of the Texas national guard to Chicago is legal. The guard deployed at the request of President Trump and against the wishes of Illinois’ democrat leaders. Posturing, posing and tough rhetoric is ramping up between Chicago leaders and the trump administration. President Trump posted today that the governor and Chicago mayor "should be in jail."
