This machine perhaps more than any other has a chequered history, combining parts from earlier rides from 1976 & 1979 with brand new components. the maxwell car running gear and the cheese wheel are from the Seaburn Waltzer, ex Crow machine. With the troughs, ceiling panel tilt, gates, run ups and sleepers, coming from the converted maxwell machine of Jamie North. The cars, platforms, side shutters, uprights, rounding boards, pay box, dancer and steps were built in house wih all the component parts made to fit together, by Peter Sedgwick over a four year period. Original Maxwell machine owned by Fairworld Ltd Seaton Carew 1976 - J. A. Crow Seaburn) 1991 - Godden Margate) 2001 : burnt out 2003 : parts sold to Peter Sedgwick 2004, opening for the start of the 2009 season on south pier.
