CX500 Build - Engine Assembly PT3 - Timing Chain / Water Pump / Stator - EP40

Episode 3 of the GL650 engine assembly for the CX500 build. We are now ready to get this engine back in the bike for good! In this video I start with showing you how to set the camshaft timing before moving onto installing new springs in the starter clutch. Next I install the flywheel and get the shift linkage set up before moving onto the rear cover. On the rear cover I drive in a new mechanical water pump seal, new shifter seal, new output shaft seal, and a new G8 stator from Ricks Motorsports.
