In this video, we will show you the instructions for the semi automatic bottle blowing machine.
How to install and operate semi automatic blowing machine step by step?
Firstly, the video shows the power supply for the oven, the blower power supply and how to connect blower power supply to the Oven. Then we can open the general switches and the heaters swithes according to the preform length.
Secondly, we introduce you how to adjust and set the heater temperature. Because the preform is short, so we just need to adjust 6 lamps temperature and close the 7th lamp temperature setting. You can observe the total temperature supply setting. If the actual temperature reach the total setting temperatue, the top fan will run automaticlly. Video also show you how to adjust the preform chain running speed. After heating temperature setting well, we can start the preform running.
Third, Put preform on the oven one by one. The prform holder rotate automatically to keep the preform heat evenly.
Last, after preform come out from the oven, we can obeserve the preforms. If a little whilte, we can reduce the temperature of the heater.Take out the preform and put into the blower, then we can get the plastic PET bottles.
