BFMC Principal Designer Robert Best narrates this video, talking candidly about his inspiration for the 2012 dolls (drawing from the early days of Barbie and of the BFMC® itself), and the experience of seeing fashion created before your very eyes.
In fact, as he elaborates on his inspiration, you'll get to see more than a half dozen artisans at work in the Barbie Collector design studios -- our own version of the "atelier." It's gently told, yet hypnotic and riveting.
