8oz box or 227g baby bella mushrooms
1 shallot
Olive oil as needed
1 garlic clove minced
Handful of thyme sprigs
1/3 cup or 83ml white wine
6 tbsp or 48g all-purpose flour
1 cup or 250ml chicken broth
2 cups or 500ml heavy cream
28oz can of French style green beans
4 cups Italian green beans - I used frozen Italian green beans
8oz or 170g box of crispy fried onions
