We pick up where we left the last video following the 65s & split 27s pod of orca (killer whales) along the Aberdeenshire coast. We watch on as they are on the hunt for seals so close to shore hugging the rocks, there is nothing quite like seeing the towering dorsal fin of a bull orca piercing out of the water with a group of terrified seals looking on!
With the two pods joined together it is absolutely mind-blowing seeing that amount of animals surfacing all together at the same time and something you would never believe possible to see in mainland Scotland. Each time we see these incredible animals we are just as amazed by them, there is something so special seeing them off the mainland and so close to shore too.
We will never forget the imagine of the two huge bulls - Busta (65s) & bull 72 (27s) dorsal fins towering behind the skerries as they were sneaking up on the unexpecting seals at Cairnbulg, Fraserburgh!
