EXTENDING THE KICKSTAND/Sidestand; The ADV Bike HOCKEY PUCK MOD for BMW G650GS Sertao / F650GS Dakar

Nik from Pegasus Motorcycle Tours & Consulting shows you how to modify your stock kick stand with minimal investment of time and money, extending the length of the sidestand and increasing the contact surface area for a more stable parked bike. This is a common problem with the BMW G650GS Sertao, and the F650GS Dakar which have short kickstands making the bikes lean too much and potentially fall over. This modification is known as the Hockey Puck mod, since a hockey puck is bolted on the bottom of the kickstand.
