Krish Ashok| Symposium on Computational Creativity | CAI | IIIT-Delhi

Krish Ashok presented the ‘Confessions of a Strategically Lazy Engineer.’ He described how AI tools are a stepping stool for human creativity rather than something that can replace them entirely.

Ashok is the author of ‘Masala Lab: The Science of Indian Cooking,’ published by the Penguin Random House, and an Amazon best-seller that explores the science of Indian cooking with the aim of making the reader a better cook and turning the kitchen into a joyful, creative playground for culinary experimentation. He is also a regular columnist on food, science, and culture for publications such as Mint, The Hindu, Scroll and BuzzFeed. Trained Indian classical violinist, Ashok also plays the cello and electric guitar and composes and produces music that you can listen to on all major streaming platforms.

Creativity is a hallmark of human civilization. The 'Symposium on Computational Creativity' is a platform to deliberate matters on Artificial Intelligence and creativity interface. The first edition of the Symposium was held on Saturday, the 25th of March 2023, under the auspices of the Infosys Center for Artificial Intelligence (CAI, IIIT-Delhi).
