Early in the development cycle, component applications and services are typically not available for integration testing. So how do you continue the software development and testing process without those services?
In order to create test harnesses and development hooks that function even when the real service is not available, you'll need to create a virtual service that mimics the behavior of the actual service you want to use. In this video, I will demonstrate how to build a virtual service using HPE (now Micro Focus) Service Virtualization, and we'll test it with SOAP UI.
