this is How Ending A Was supposed to be in GTA 5 if trevor was very aware that Franklin will try to kill him to save himself from the FIB and devin weston.
so when Franklin told Michael that they need to kill Trevor in order for them to be free and save themselves from their enemies, michael agreed to Help franklin with his plan and said he will help him take down trevor, then when franklin calls trevor to meet up someplace quiet he agreed to it.
and then franklin saw a surprise that trevor already know what is franklin is up to so he come prepared, so he kidnapped lamar and bring Chef and ron with him as a backup and reaveled that michael has told him everything about franklin's plan etc.
then unfortunately it was all a set up made by michael to drag Trevor and all his close friends into a place and kill them all to prevent anyone from avenging trevor, then he told franklin not to worry about trevor and the FIB anymore.
