In this video I build a heavy duty new post for our mailbox. This one is made from reclaimed cedar 6x6 timbers. The mortise and tenon joints are draw-bore pinned with walnut dowels. There are no mechanical fasteners or glue used in this build. The finish is a clear spar urethane.
