그러나 일부 독자들이 박해와 유혹으로 인해 믿음을 포기할 위험이 있음을 지적하며(10:26-31), 32-39절은 이러한 맥락에서 과거의 고난을 회상하며 믿음의 인내를 촉구하는 격려의 절정입니다

The book emphasizes that the sacrifice of Jesus Christ fulfills and surpasses the sacrificial system of the Old Testament, encouraging its readers toward perseverance in faith and assurance of salvation.

Chapter 10, in particular, explains that Jesus’ once-for-all sacrifice completely removes sin (10:1–18) and enables believers to approach God freely (10:19–25). However, it also points out that some readers were at risk of abandoning their faith due to persecution and temptation (10:26–31).

In this context, verses 32–39 form a climax of encouragement, recalling past suffering and urging perseverance in faith.
