California Air Tools offers a full range of 10, 20 and 60 gallon Smart Air Compressors. Enables remote control via mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, or computers. Provides daily ON/OFF Scheduling and adjusting pressure levels on the fly. Built-in controller may be used as an Access Point or connected to WiFi Network.

Compressor features and parameters may be entered and controlled comfortably along with remote monitoring.


Getting Started – Manual Operations:

For initial installation, it is suggested to attach an Air Hose to the Air Output Port (Industrial Male 1/4” NPT fitting for 10 & 20 gallon models; 3/8” NPT Female fitting for 60 gallon models).
To start compressor, Press OK button once, then Press & Hold OK button for 4 seconds.
Tank pressure will increase & shutoff at approximately 120 PSI (+/- 5 PSI).
As air is consumed, such as from a triggered air hose, tank pressure will decrease. The motor or motors will kick on at approx. 90 PSI and pressure will climb back to 120 PSI.
To regulate output air pressure, lift to unlock the regulator knob and turn CCW (counter-clockwise) to reduce pressure.
To turn OFF compressor, Press & Hold OK button for 4 seconds.


Remote Control Operations:

For Remote device IP and WiFi setup procedures refer to MDR Controller Owner’s Manual. Note: Only 2.4 GHz WiFi connections are supported.
TIMER feature allows daily compressor ON/OFF scheduling. LIVE VIEW allows real-time adjustments to pressure ON/OFF levels and compressor may be started and stopped remotely.

Pressure OFF Level (i.e. shutdown pressure)
Unloader Relay Delay: Delay time for activation of the unloader valves during compressor start-up (load reduction).
AutoDrain Time: Select the time between each drain activation.
Drain Valve Time: AutoDrain valve opening duration.
Overcurrent Limit: (i.e. functions as an electrical trip/breaker).
Pressure Units: Select [bar] or [PSI]
