How to make single serve Trifles

I am an Australian Chef, also a Mum of three. I want to help people make simple and tasty food using ingredients that are already in your fridge and pantry. For recipe number 8 of my 12 days of Christmas, I will be showing you how to make dessert Trifles.
Recipe below....
Trifles
Ingredients
-1 Packet Jelly Crystal’s
-500 mls Custard
-small sponge cake
-1 cup fruit salad
-250 ml whipped cream
Method
-Place some chopped sponge in bottom layer of glass place fruit salad and then cover with liquid jelly and chill for a couple of hours until set.
-Make custard and when cooled, pour over jelly about a cm thick .
-If you have any left over meringues, chop them up to use as another layer on top of the custard.
-Finally, pipe the whipped cream on top, garnish with a sprinkle of jelly crystals and serve.
