A frequent speaker on Leadership , Paul has been an invitational speaker for the European Foundation, The Academy of Management, the Conference Board, The Japanese External Trade Organization, The American Society of Training and Development, The Ecology of Work Conferences, The Greenleaf Conference, and Dyad Development of South Africa.
Paul coedited Scanlon EPIC Leadership: Where the Best Ideas Come Together, the definitive book on Scanlon history, practices and processes. He coedited The Human Treatment of Human Beings, the writings of John Donnelly. He has authored numerous articles on Scanlon Gainsharing, and Leadership.
