Recently, I have been working with Plymouth Fishing and Seafood Association and Plymouth Community Connections to teach local residents, mostly children, to fish. It has been a great deal of fun, for which we have used West Hoe Pier, which is fronted by the Waterfront and fairly central to most Plymouth services, as the venue for our sessions. This video outlines some of our tactics and what we have discovered to date.
