Pas de Deux Episode 3: Promenades | Ballet Partnering Tips with Christopher Sellars | Kathryn Morgan

Welcome to the 3rd episode of pas de deux training. Today we work on promenades. My fiancé Christopher Sellars is going to take you through 4 episodes of very basic but in-depth partnering tips. Pas de deux work was his specialty as a dancer, and he is a BRILLIANT teacher and coach. This episode is about the basics of promenades - how to walk, hold, balance etc. Please be careful but enjoy!
*Attempt partnering at your own risk. Not suited for dancers under the age of 12. Women should have been on pointe for over 2 years.
