FFXIV How To Make a Bathroom Toilet Housing Tutorial Guide

First I want to apologize for any audio issues you may encounter with this video; I was using a different computer so it might sound weird. The transcript is in the description below though.

So I made a previous video on how to make a bathroom but the toilet there was more esthetic than functional, however this video features 5 toilet designs that you can actually sit on! Two don’t require any crazy floating techniques either.

STYLE 1 [00:05 – 04:03]

Starting off I am floating the riviera stool using the wooden loft and stage panel. Now that the stool is floated to the right height, I position the washbasin then float it using the wooden loft and stage panel. Don’t forget to rotate everything after floating it to the right height. Now I use the wooden loft to hide the rest of the washbasin. Now using the wooden showcase, I place the glade bachelor’s chest on it and position them where I want. I also place another tabletop item so I can remove it using the housing menu so I can move the showcase without moving the chest. I then move the wall closer to hide the back of the chest. I also use the same method with the potted Azalea but they end up falling to the wooden loft level so you can place it on a lalafellin step stool or something else and hide it.

STYLE 2 [04:04 – 04:39]
This one is super simple, all I did was place the glade cartonnier then the alpine chair, and lastly the stool and you get a simple toilet!

STYLE 3 [04:41 – 09:39]
Don’t mind all the other craziness going on, but here I am floating the glade cartonnier using the wooden loft and stage panel; after that I float the chair and stool together using the riviera wall shelf and stage panel. Note that the bar stool seems to have a low height so it floated a lot slower than other furniture pieces so there is a lot of floating (3 minutes worth). I move the walls back in place and hide the bottom with the wooden loft, I then add the oasis flowerpot and use the loft to adjust placement.

STYLE 4 [09:41 – 12:00]

Once again don’t mind all the other items around, but here I am showing how I floated the walnut cartonnier once again using the wooden loft and stage panel. Now this style gets a little tricky because you need to float three items to a certain height so it is best to use the wall shelf for two of them. I recommend floating the walnut cartonnier first using the loft then the oasis stool second and then floating the washbasin third using the wall shelf.

STYLE 5 [12:01 – 14:39 ]
This is my personal favorite! Place the glade bachelor’s chest on the wooden showcase with another tabletop item and turn off counter placement so you can move the set-up into the wall. Place the riviera chair, re-arrange to your liking, then remove the tabletop item so you can move the showcase without moving the chests. Place the oasis stool then place the flowers on the step stool and then hide it behind the wall and leave it there.
