Gratitude has a way of softening the chaos. It brings us out of the stress, the rushing, and the constant doing, and helps us settle back into what’s steady and real. Even a few quiet moments of gratitude can shift the nervous system, open the breath, and create a little more space inside — which is often exactly what we need this time of year.
This very gentle Thanksgiving practice invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and rest.
We move through supported restorative shapes, simple floor-based movements, and long, nourishing pauses (no standing poses) allowing your body to release tension and your mind to unwind.
The entire class is designed to be meditative, grounding, and deeply calming. Perfect for easing holiday stress, reconnecting with yourself, and creating a moment of stillness in the midst of a full season.
To practice with the video, you’ll want:
a yoga mat
a bolster
one block
one or two blankets
Arrive as you are. Settle in. Let this gentle, gratitude-filled practice hold you and bring you back to center.
