Darley Defense Partner Advantage Sept Oct 2025

Alright good afternoon, everybody.

Nick Winter here, Partner Director for Darley. Welcome to the September edition of our Supply Partner Advantage series.

First off, trade shows. Upcoming here, September 22nd, AFA (or known as the Airspace and Cyber Warfare Conference), is going to be held in DC. October 7th, over in Athens, Greece, we will have a 10x10 booth at the GSOF European Symposium 2025. That is the official title. October 13th, AUSA in DC again, and then finally October 20th, ARC WEPTAC down in Tuscan, Arizona. Most of our Air Force team will be down there, so feel free to reach out. We will get meetings set up for those shows.



DLA update. So DLA asked us to reinforce one of the policies that they’ve had, where they would like us to get permission for any of the awards that have gone through DLA, they are going to be promoted to the public. So if you guys have awards that you want to promote, make sure you’re coming through Darley to get permission from DLA before you go ahead and do so. Again, DLA’s job is to maintain fair and reasonable business practices with government contracts, and they have asked us to reinforce that policy, so making that announcement now.

Lastly, new hires for Darley we’re excited about here. So Jimmy Gominsky, Marine Corps veteran coming out, going to be doing business development within the Marine Corps over on the East Coast. And then Charles Curry, 22 years Navy experience out of Virginia Beach, going to be doing business development for the Navy team. And finally, Chris Gill, coming out of the Army, is a former military attorney coming on to Darley as a Defense Capture Manager to help us go after more contracts to support you, our partners, with sales to the government.
