This is the Mystic Fountain at Universal's Islands of Adventure. It sits just outside of the *th Voyage of Sinbad in the Lost Continent section of Islands of Adventure. This fountain opened with the rest of the park on 5/28/1999. It has many water jets located in the mouth and in the beard as well as a circular fountain and water bombs up top. I always watch when the fountain is "awake" as it can be pretty funny at times, especially with a few familys around.
