that homes that are not priced well based on the condition and location of their property
are going to struggle get showings and offers
let along sell quickly with multiple offers with excellent terms
thats not say that the right properties, in great condition and in great locations
will not sell fast for top $$$ - because those will
as that type of home will do well in almost any type of market
so if you are not getting any looks online
and not seeing the number of showings and offers that you want

most sellers go on the market feeling that they are positioned to sell
