‘5055’, featured in MOb’s debut LP ‘MOb 1’ epitomizes the sound of contemporary jazz, whilst exploring kraut and filmic musical pathways. In this new version, reconstructed by UNKLE’s James Lavelle, the track gains a different level of intensity based on drums and trip-hop forms, while peeling out the layers of synths, loops and drones from the trio’s initial composition.
