Meet Matej Jenko, the magnetic Principal Game Designer at our Ekipa2 subsidiary. For Matej, game designing is a way of life. After all, he’s basically gamified everything since he was 5 – it doesn’t begin and end when he enters the office. Addressing a huge amount of users – over 6 billion and counting! – is a big responsibility, but even a bigger motivation. That’s why he challenges himself on a daily basis. He takes all the crazy components involved in, say, a tamagotchi game (a much more open genre than you’d think – all kinds of mechanics and potential mini-games) and turn it into something fun to play.
