Every Day, in Every Way, I'm Getting Better and Better | Forgotten Mantra

The Forgotten Mantra of Healing and Personal Growth. When it comes to pioneers in the category of New Thought and mind power, you may think of names such as Napoleon Hill, William James, Joseph Murphy, Ernest Holmes, Wallace Wattles, Florence Scovel Shinn, and more. But there’s one person you rarely hear mentioned anymore. But he had a huge influence in his time - and you’ve probably heard of his most famous affirmation. But he has otherwise been mostly lost to history.

I’m talking about Émile-Coué, a French psychologist and pharmacist, born in 1857, who gained fame for his contributions to the field of auto-suggestion and the power of the mind.

Coué's groundbreaking work centered around the concept of autosuggestion, a technique he developed that involved using positive affirmations to influence the subconscious mind. He believed that the subconscious had a significant impact on a person's thoughts, behaviors, and overall well-being. And by harnessing the power of the mind, people could improve many aspects of their lives.
