Our BEST Day at EPCOT Food & Wine! + Luminous Fireworks

Day 3 of our EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival adventure! 🎉 This time we ate and drank our way through even more booths, caught some live music in the UK pavilion, saw Starship perform live at the America Gardens Theatre, and ended the night with Disney’s new fireworks show: Luminous: The Symphony of Us.

We also played another round of our favorite game — “Where in WDW is Sam?” — while exploring all the incredible eats and entertainment EPCOT has to offer.

Here’s everything we tried today:

Flavors from Fire: Smoked Corned Beef, Swine Brine

Fry Basket: Fry Flight (round 2 because it’s THAT good!)

Mexico: Clarita Margarita, Flauta de Barbacoa, Flan de Cajeta

Hawai‘i: Pineapple Cheesecake, O‘ahu Sunrise

France: Brioche aux Epices (with three-cheese Mornay sauce), Boeuf Bourguignon with Mashed Potatoes

Belgium: Belgian Waffle with Warm Chocolate Ganache, Beer-braised Beef

Greece: Griddled Cheese
