Sharing you guys this healthy sisig dish. Best alternative from the traditional pork sisig that we usually crave.. Tuna and tokwa sisig! parang lasang karne na din without the guilt of eating pork and fat.. Masarap papakin, ulamin at pang pulutan! Parang tofu sisig ala Max's mga beshies..

Tip:
Best to use canola oil for deep frying, because it contains both omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which make it the healthiest cooking oil.. And make sure that the oil in your pan is hot before you put the tofu to avoid it from sticking to your pan.
You can add more chili if you want your sisig to be more spicy..
