Sinomaco high polymer styrene acrylic emulsion is an kind of milky white liquid anionic self-crosslinking emulsion widely used for making waterproofing coatings, it can be directly mixed with portland cement or any other mixed polymer powder to form a high performance waterproofing coating. It is in milky white liquid anionic self-crosslinking emulsion forms made by copolymerization of styrene and acrylate monomers. it is competible with most powder particles, using micro-soap polymerization process, the polymer is a multi-branch chain network structure, and particle size ≤0.3μm, glass temperature moderate, with excellent resilience and tensile strength. Scope of Application

It is used for waterproofing, anti-seepage, moisture-proof and gas-proofing of new and old roofs, walls etc. by mixing with different kind of powder particles to form any type of special waterproofing coating.

Construction Method

1. Mixed with certain powder particles like portland cement in the ratio of 1:1 or 1:1.5.

2. Grassroots treatment Joint treatment to make flat and clean working layer.

3. Brush, roller or spray with your climate working conditions in 1-2 layers to be 1.0mm thickness or 2.0mm thickness.

4. The total thickness of the coating film is above 1.5mm, and the interval between each coating

Recommended Application Dosage

Directly mixing with porlant cement in the ratio of 1:1, 1:1.5, 1:2 or as demand for application

Packaging, Storage and Transportation

25kg/pail, 50 kg plastic bucket, 200 kg iron drums.

This product should be stored in a ventilated and dry room to prevent direct sunlight. It should be transported and stored at 5-35 °C. ,The effective storage period is 6 months from the date of packaging.
