Living at Peace with Difficult People (Part 1) - Brian Noble

Pastor Brian Noble, CEO of Peacemaker Ministries, has extensive experience in conflict coaching and mediation. He wants Christians to understand we live in a fallen world where conflict is common and reconciliation is only possible because of the Gospel – that Jesus died for our sins to bring us into reconciliation with God and others. Brian acknowledges that reconciliation can be very difficult, and he described a series of “courageous attitudes” whereby we can move toward reconciliation with other people. He also talks about no longer counting the other person’s offenses and seeing them as “brand-new” in Jesus. Brian shares stories about conflict in his own marriage, how he was able to reconcile with his father growing up, and stories about people he’s counseled through reconciliation.
