Not completely optimized. The door entries can probably be a few frames faster; some boss fights should be improvable; 3-2 doesn't have optimal screen scroll; 4-4h doesn't reach the boss door at the earliest point; object frame rules weren't taken into account. Still, this should be a decent baseline for future runs.
