**This walkthrough is for cybersecurity training purposes only!** Exploiting network devices without the express written consent of the owners may result in prosecution and/or jail time. This walkthough demonstrates how to use the Meterpreter payload to acquire persistence by creating a new Windows service that automatically starts on startup. I had to correct a mistake that I made halfway through the video before I could get the newly created service to successfully launch. The steps, however, are all correct. I just didn't have the time to restart the entire walkthrough for the recording.
