From a Hurricane to Paradise – Back on the Road! | S3E32

After 2.5 months back in Mexico and preparing our overland truck camper, we’re finally back on the road for a new adventure. Our journey takes us to the Gulf of Mexico, where after long drives, heat, and a few unexpected bumps, we discover a hidden beach paradise.

The journey wasn’t without its challenges — but just when we thought we’d never get there, we rolled into the most perfect spot on the coast. This is the paradise we’ve been waiting for.

We're exploring Mexico — its beaches, culture, and extraordinary nature.
This is Season 3 of our slow travel adventure as a full-time traveling family.

We currently post three new videos per week, still in Dutch (with English subtitles).
🌍 Starting from Season 5, our videos will be fully in English.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Who Are We?
We're a family who chose to live life differently. We wanted more time together and less stress. Since the spring of 2021, we've been living full-time in our expedition vehicle.

In June 2022, we shipped our camper from Europe to Canada and began our Pan-American overlanding journey.
Our family adventures have taken us across North America — from wild camping in remote places to exploring iconic national parks.

We travel slowly, taking the time to enjoy the freedom, beauty, and unpredictability of life on the road.
