I’ve used my ICICI Fastag many times in toll plaza of many states, since 2018 but had been facing inconvenience of recharge due to the poor website and due to the limitations of cross platform recharge because it wasn’t linked to my car’s registration number instead it was linked to my car’s chassis no. alone.
Finally, I gave up, and chose to a new HDFC fastag for further toll tax payments with my Creta, which is modern and easy to use. Now I can recharge it using the PhonePe app conveniently.
