Adding Auth Login Endpoint for JWT Token Creation

In this lesson we will create a RESTful endpoint that will allow us to pass in our username and password, and it will validate that the credentials are correct, and then generate a Json Web Token (JWT) for us to use in the front end.
The point of this JWT is that it will be stored on the client-side (in our user's browser) and the client will pass this JWT to the server side whenever they're trying to access any restricted endpoints.
The benefit to using a JWT is that it is "stateless", meaning that if you have thousands of servers running micro-services, a JWT will work for every single request... whereas a solution that stores state on the server side won't be able to leverage multiple servers easily (without introducing some kind of extra overhead to solve this problem).
