SCO plots or built up in new or existing launch schemes near Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon is a much better proposition in comparison of normal or branded retail shops or offices, in both the perspective of #investment or end use, provided the schemes are a part of bigger land parcel, has good connectivity, promising residential density around (by the time the scheme gets launch, it has the potential to become a market place, having full of parking space and amenities inside the project and the investor or user has buffer money to fund the entire cost of buying and constructing the building.
