Welcome to Workout 2 in this BODYWEIGHT BEGINNER WORKOUT SERIES!

WEEKS 1+2, WORKOUT 2: DESCRIPTION: Cardio Tabata
1. Warm-Up: 4-minutes
2. Workout: 6x4 Minute Tabata Sets. Work Time: 20 seconds, Rest Time: 10 seconds. Rest between sets = 30 seconds.
3. Cool-Down: 3-minutes

🔹️This is the 2nd workout in a series of 16 different workouts.

🔹️Do the workouts as you wish, or follow the structured 8-week program below.

🔹️8-Week Program = 4 workouts per week. Repeat workouts for 2 weeks in a row and then move on to a new set of workouts. (i.e. week 1 workouts repeat again in week 2. Then start new workouts in week 3 and repeat these in week 4. Complete week 5 workouts and repeat again in week 6 and finally complete week 7 workouts and repeat again for week 8. ALL WORKOUTS ARE LABELED!

Accessible in that you can do the workouts from anywhere, manageable in that all workouts are only 30-minutes, and empowering in that you will start moving and feeling better after just a few workouts!
