ফার্স্ট SLST 2016–এ রাজ্য যেটা করেছিল, সেটা আর কিছুই নয়—একেবারে চোখের সামনে চাকরি কারচুপি।
প্যানেল ২০১৯–এ মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ হয়ে গেছে—মৃত হয়ে গেছে।
কিন্তু সেই মৃত প্যানেলকেই জাদুর মতো বাঁচিয়ে তুলে,
সরকার “সুপারনিউমারারি পোস্ট” নামে একটা নকল চাকরির কারখানা খুলে ফেলেছিল।

হাইকোর্ট আজ সোজা ভাষায় বলেছে—
“এটা পুরো বেআইনি। মৃত প্যানেলে চাকরি দেওয়া যায় না।”

যার মানে রাজ্য যা করছিল, সেটা ছিল—

নিয়ম ভাঙা

চাকরি বানানো

জনগণকে প্রতারণা

এবং পুরো প্রক্রিয়া অন্ধকারে রেখে নিজের লোক বসানো

বিচারপতি বিস্বজিৎ বসুর রায়ে রাজ্যের মুখোজ্জ্বল হয়ে গেছে।
সুপারনিউমারারি পোস্টের দুইটি সরকারি নোটিসও সরাসরি বাতিল।

রাজ্য সরকার বারবার বলেছিল—“কিছুই ভুল হয়নি।”
কিন্তু আদালত বলল—
“সবটাই ভুল! নিয়ম ভেঙে দেওয়া চাকরি বাতিল।”

এই রায়ে পরিষ্কার—
রাজ্যের শিক্ষা নিয়োগে দুর্নীতিই ছিল নীতি, আর আদালত আজ সেই নীতিকে গুড়িয়ে দিল।
