Ocean Makeup tutorial | NYX Face Awards 2015 Top 30

The theme was "Timeless Beauty" and rather than do some more recent beauty icons, I decided to travel back in time to an icon where I could do my own makeup interpretation.
Aphrodite, the greek goddess of beauty and love, was born and risen from sea foam. And nature in general is pretty freakin' beautiful and timeless if you ask me, so I thought what better representation of Timeless Beauty than to do a nature and greek goddess inspired look. I kept this look in the realm of beauty and avant garde makeup to stick to the theme of timeless BEAUTY, but don't worry- I'll have some gorey tricks up my sleeve if we make it to future rounds!
