Cele questions circumstances surrounding SA ambassador’s death

Ex-police minister Bheki Cele is concerned about the circumstances surrounding Nathi Mthethwa's death. He was found dead last week outside the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Paris. Cele questioned the delay in deploying the SA investigative team to Paris to probe his death.
