Want to make udon noodle soup? Here I share an easy way.
Preparation method:-
Udon noodles (boiled until soft) and drained. Then, set it aside first.
Boil water and put miso paste (I use Miso Paste - Hikari), Japanese oyster soy sauce, a little seasoning.
When the water has boiled, add the udon noodles, thinly sliced meat (this depends on the taste of each to be fully cooked or half cooked), put one egg, Enoki Mushroom and spring Onion.
*** You can replace the sliced meat with shrimp or fishcake.
It is usually served with soju during the winter (optional)

Nak buat sup mee udon? Sini saya kongsikan cara yang mudah .
Cara penyediaan:-
Mee udon ( direbus hingga lembut) dan dibuang air. Kemudian, ketepikan dahulu.
Air direbus dan letak pes miso (saya guna Pes Miso - Hikari) , Kicap tiram Japanese, sedikit bahan perasa.
Bila air dah mendidih, masukkan mee udon tadi, daging yang dihiris nipis ( ni terpulang kepada citarasa masing-masing nak masak sepenuhnya atau setengah masak), letak telur sebiji, Cendawan Enoki dan Daun bawang.
Siap!
***daging tu anda boleh ganti dengan udang atau fishcake.
