this album showed a lot of vocal development as Delta got older; her lower range got stronger (although some notes like the Eb3 and E3s are still very whispery), her belts got fuller and more controlled, her ease here was easier to see too, and her falsetto remained pretty much the same, just less utilized. And from a less vocal based standpoint, her lyrics became a lot more subtle here and she was at a very stable time in her life which made for a great record.
the C3s in one day may not be her as they are really apparent and Delta's voice becomes barely audible that low but I'm not entirely sure
