Back when I used to watch BBC TV's Eastenders and when I still had a 4:3 TV with a couple of VHS recorders below it, in one episode in the 2000's (prior to 2008) [anyone tell me which year please] the script writers inserted a parody of the parrot sketch from #Montypython that formed part of a story-line about Dot Cotton's (and Jim Branning's) dead budgie. Never recording it at the time, I must have later recorded the omnibus broadcast and later joined the two VHS recorders together to copy / join up (looks second gen quality) the parts of the story-line. Genuis for the writers to have done this and just dropped it into the episode. Recently found when going through my VHS tape collection and try as I have, can't see this uploaded anywhere. Enjoy!
