So, we've purchased all 3 farmlands at this point. I spent several hours putting together Farmland 1 for dairy cows, grass, oats and such. We used up a lot of money, but we go through to April and make some of our money back selling clothes and other products. We have the money, we have the farmlands required, now we have to set them up and we will complete this challenge.

Now with $1.5 Million: Purchase "Only One" Farmland (Farmland 1, 2 or 20)
After You have Purchased Your Starting Farmland: Use Remaining Money as You Wish
Goals:
Pay Off Debt (done)
Buy All (3) Farmlands (1, 2 & 20) (done)
Build a Farm on All (3) Farmlands (WIP)
Finish with $1.0 Million Dollars (Shouldn't be a problem)
