Two weeks ago, a simple conversation between my daughter and me turned into something bigger than any of us expected. It was just an ordinary father-daughter talk. The moment it went out as a podcast, young people across our community said it felt real and honest. They said it was the kind of conversation they wished they could have at home.
So tonight we continue.
This is not entertainment. It is a deliberate space for healthy dialogue between parents and children in the South Sudanese community. We all know the struggle of raising teenagers. Communication breaks down quickly. Silence takes over. Yet when a child trusts you enough to speak their mind, and when a parent listens without losing their role, something powerful happens. You see their world. They see yours.
