Hi this may not be as powerful as meta shrapnel / Doombringer builds but its a fun sniper build to use. It also lets you hit comfortably while rolling around in dungeons like LEA.
Still has plenty of room for improvement!
I have tested the build but without activating the throwable buff and spraying SOCR to build 10 stacks renegade if you are lazy, you get smaller initial numbers but because you do not waste time switching and stuff it clocks around similar numbers.
