Infinity Taichi Delta is how Tai Chi Chuan is supposed to be practiced when preparing for combat. Many people don't realize that Tai chi chuan is supposed to be practiced at combat speed IF you want to see its true efficacy in combat. This set uses "Silk Reeling" principles at a faster combat speed. This is how Tai Chi Chuan is practiced and used in self-defense. Fast but controlled and constantly engaging your core, abs, and lower back to keep the body supple and whip-like. Our bodies are mostly liquid so control it as if it is a very large water balloon. Too much stress, speed, and impact pop the water balloon.
