Ingredients:
For the cake:
30g cocoa powder
110g caster sugar
100g self raising flour
5 eggs at room temperature
For the chocolate buttercream:
230g icing sugar
170g dark chocolate
225g unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract/vanilla bean paste
A pinch of salt
300ml double cream
