Over the years, the lyrics of some of my favorite songs have acted like a travelogue of iconic British locations. I recently had the opportunity to be a tourist in the U.K., and I gravitated to a few places that I was familiar with due to my love of Prog rock and British Invasion music. Abbey Road, Strawberry Fields, Penny Lane, Portobello Road, the Towers of London and Stonehenge were just a few of the sights that reminded me of songs by Jethro Tull, the Beatles, the Kinks, XTC, the Alan Parsons Project and Pink Floyd. And, best of all, we were lucky enough to have a tour INSIDE Abbey Road Studios. Wow!
